Description
Valeriana officinalis, is a perennial medicinal herb with calming effects. Its root is mainly used for its positive effects on the body. The product contains vegetable capsules with valerian extract and vitamin C. Valerian root extract supports sleep quality, shortens the time it takes to fall asleep. It alleviates symptoms caused by stress such as nervousness and lack of concentration. It supports cognitive functions that affect our concentration and mind. Valerian also supports heart function and contributes to normal blood pressure values. It strengthens the proper functioning of the digestive system. Vitamin C reduces fatigue and exhaustion. The product is not suitable for long-term use. Long-term continuous use of valerian can be addictive. Excessively high doses of valerian can have the opposite effect - they can cause greater agitation and nervousness.
