Description
Magnesium citrate 400 mg + vitamin B6 - The product contains magnesium with very good absorbability in the body, which is supported by the addition of vitamin B6. In the human body, magnesium is abundantly represented, especially in bones, teeth and muscles, where it supports their normal condition and function. Magnesium together with vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism and reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine helps to normal metabolism of homocysteine. Magnesium in the organic form of magnesium citrate stands out for its exceptionally good absorbability in the human body. About 80% of the amount taken is effectively used. On the other hand, magnesium in commonly used inorganic forms (magnesium oxide) has a much lower absorbability.
The product contains in the daily dose (i.e. 2 tablets) Magnesium 400 mg (106% RDI*) and Vitamin B6 10 mg (714% RDI*).

Food supplement. The package contains 150 tablets.
Dosage
1 tablet 2 times a day. Swallow the whole tablet and drink a sufficient amount of liquid. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the dosage will be determined by the doctor.
