Description
Inulins are a group of naturally occurring polysaccharides produced by many types of plants,[1] industrially most often extracted from chicory. Chicory and The Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) are the main sources of inulin. Because inulin is not digested in the small intestine, the body cannot use it. Thus, in the intestine it acts as a soluble fiber. Its caloric value is very low. At the same time, it is sweet, so it can be used as a sugar substitute.

Usage
1 tablet 1-4 times a day. Allow to dissolve in your mouth and swallow with a sufficient amount of water. For weight reduction, take half an hour before meals. In general, an hour break is recommended between taking fiber and the medicines.

Warning
Při užívání vlákniny dbejte na dostatečný přísun tekutin. Vzhledem k vlastnosti vlákniny snižovat vstřebatelnost látek, je nutné při pravidelném užíváni léků zachovat dvouhodinový odstup před a po užití vlákniny. Nevhodný pro děti do 10 let. Neobsahuje: lepek, škrob ani konzervační látky.
