Description
Inulin is found in all plants from the asteraceae and bellflower families, where it is the main storage substance. Chicory and Jerusalem artichoke are the main sources of inulin. Because inulin is not broken down in the small intestine, the body cannot use it. In the intestine, it therefore acts as a soluble fiber. Its caloric value is very low. At the same time, it is sweet, so it can be used as a sugar substitute.
Fiber is still not sufficiently represented in our diet, yet it is a very important food component. It can increase its volume in the stomach and then passes through the digestive tract in the form of a gel. It is suitable for supplementing, for example, during weight loss diets. It can be found in grain, corn, bran, vegetables, fruit peels and root vegetables.

Dosage
1 tablet 1-4 times a day. Allow to dissolve in your mouth and swallow with a sufficient amount of water. For weight reduction, take half an hour before meals. In general, an hour break is recommended between taking fiber and the medicines.

Warning
Při užívání vlákniny dbejte na dostatečný přísun tekutin. Vzhledem k vlastnosti vlákniny snižovat vstřebatelnost látek, je nutné při pravidelném užíváni léků zachovat dvouhodinový odstup před a po užití vlákniny. Nevhodný pro děti do 10 let. Neobsahuje: lepek, škrob ani konzervační látky.
