Description
Walmark Lecithin Forte in capsule form is a dietary supplement. Lecithin from soybeans is classified as a phospholipid and is one of the basic building blocks of cell membranes of all living organisms. It occurs in high concentrations in important tissues such as the brain, liver, heart, muscles or nerve fibers. It is an important natural source of linoleic acid.
Linoleic acid helps maintain proper cholesterol levels in the blood (a beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid).
Daily dose (= 1 capsule) contains Lecithin (linoleic acid content: min. 359.0 mg) 1325.0 mg.
