Description
Walmark Lecithin Forte in capsule form is a dietary supplement. Lecithin from soybeans is classified as a phospholipid and is one of the basic building blocks of the cell membranes of all living organisms. It is found in high concentrations in important tissues such as the brain, liver, heart, muscles and nerve fibres. It is an important natural source of linoleic acid.
Linoleic acid helps to maintain proper cholesterol levels in the blood (a beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid).

Dosage
The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules per day, during or after meals, with liquid.
