Dosage
The recommended dose for adults is 3 tablets per day. Children from 12 years of age can take 1 tablet per day. Take preferably after meals. Observe a sufficient drinking regime. In case of swallowing problems, the tablets can be halved or crushed. For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to take for a minimum of 2-3 months and repeat several times a year.
