For the first time ever, averages for 1, 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90 days can be displayed. This information helps both the doctor and the patient to better evaluate blood sugar levels.
The user can set 3 different types of alarms as reminders to measure blood sugar levels. The patient can also set blood sugar limits. All results that exceed these limits are marked on the display. These hypo and hyperglycemic alarms are thus more sensitive to the patient and contribute to the patient taking the right steps to correct this condition.
The memory of the Wellion CALLA Light glucometer can contain the last 500 results including the date and time of the measurement. They are easily accessible with the control buttons.
Thanks to the strong backlight and large numbers, the results on the display are very easy to read. This clear readability makes everyday life easier for diabetics.
Measurement:
Press the "START" button to see the measurement progress. As soon as the result is displayed on the display, you will see a flashing apple symbol, which is a food symbol. You can use the arrows to select the marking "before meal" (whole apple), "after meal" (apple core) or no symbol (no marking). Once you have selected the marking symbol, confirm your choice with the OK button. The result is saved with the selected mark. Press "OFF" to turn off the meter.
Memory:
Press and hold the OK button until you see the "mem" symbol (3 seconds). This will enter the meter's memory. Here you can use the arrows to view the results. Press the OK button again to view the daily averages. You can use the arrows to view individual averages again.
Settings:
Press and hold the OK button until you see the flashing date (5 seconds). You can use the arrows to navigate through the date and time settings. Press OK to confirm your settings.
