Allegra is a product containing 200 mg of l-tryptophan and 2.5 mg of vitamin B6 in one tablet.

Package: 90 coated tablets Allegra contains the essential amino acid L-tryptophan, which is the only building block of the hormone serotonin, without which the human body cannot produce serotonin. The human body cannot produce L-tryptophan, so it must be obtained in sufficient quantities from food. Animal proteins contain high amounts of tryptophan, especially fatty red meat or whey.

In contrast, white meat or plant-based foods contain minimal tryptophan. Today's diet, which is recommended as suitable, i.e. containing lots of vegetables and white meat, is unfortunately very poor in tryptophan.
