Extra dose of collagen and vitamin D for your movement. Colafit extra strong contains pure crystalline collagen type I 99.9% and vitamin D. Collagen is the basic component of connective tissues, i.e. cartilage, joints, ligaments and tendons, skin, hair and nails. The crystalline form of collagen is better usable by the body. Vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal muscle function and healthy bones and teeth. It helps normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system. It participates in the process of cell division. Colafit extra strong is in the form of small white soft cubes that are easy to swallow and digest. 1 cube (20mg) of freeze-dried collagen corresponds to 2000mg of collagen gel.
Dosage
1 cube daily in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
