Extra dose of collagen and vitamin D for your movement. Colafit extra strong contains 99.9% pure crystalline type I collagen plus vitamin D. Collagen is an essential component of connective tissues, i.e. cartilage, joints, ligaments and tendons, skin, hair and nails. The crystalline form of collagen is easier for the body to use. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and healthy bones and teeth. It aids in the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and contributes to the proper function of the immune system. Participates in the process of cell division. Colafit extra strong is in the form of small white soft cubes that are easy to swallow and digest. 1 cube (20mg) of freeze-dried collagen is equivalent to 2000mg of collagen gel.
Dosage
1 cube daily in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
