Contains essential fatty acids obtained from anchovies, sardines and mackerel. DHA contributes to proper brain function and good eyesight. EPA and DHA support optimal heart function and influence the correct ratio of LDL and HDL cholesterol and have a long-term anti-inflammatory effect. (The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.) Without fishy aftertaste.
