Description
Holy basil (Ocimum sanctum), known as "Tulsi" or "Holy Basil" is a well-known Ayurvedic herb with a distinctive aromatic and delicious taste. It supports the immune system, normal functions of the respiratory system. It has antioxidant effects, promotes vitality and protects against stress.
The infusion of this herb has a delicious taste, tastes warm and as an "iced" tea.
Dosage
1-3 sachets per day.
