Description
Orthomol Vital F, is a balanced orthomolecular complex of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, selected specifically for the female body. Supplement for vitality instead of stress. Important micronutrients for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, for the nervous system and the energy-yielding metabolism. The complex is able to increase workability. Product form: powder for dissolving in liquid, 1 tablet containing iodine and 1 capsule of OMEGA-3.

Dosage
The contents of one sachet should be dissolved in 150 ml of water or fruit juice and taken during or after breakfast together with a tablet containing iodine and two capsules containing omega-3 fatty acids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Per daily serving: Vitamins: Vitamin A (450µg), Vitamin C (530mg), Vitamin E (150mg), Vitamin B1 (25mg), Vitamin B2 (25mg), Nicotinamide (60mg), Vitamin B6 (20mg), Vitamin B12 (6µg), Vitamin K1 (60µg), Vitamin D3 (5µg), Folic acid (800µg), Pantothenic acid (18mg), Biotin (165μg). Minerals: Calcium (160mg), Magnesium (100mg), Selenium (50µg), Iron (8mg), Zinc (10mg), Manganese (2mg), Copper (500µg), Chromium (30µg), Molybdenum (60µg), Iodine (150µg). Other substances: Citrus bioflavonoids (5mg), Lutein (800 µg), Lycopene (200µg), essential fatty acids: Omega-3 fatty acids (170mg).
