Description
Orthomol Vital F is a balanced orthomolecular complex of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, specially selected for the female body. It is indicated for chronic fatigue, increased stress, burnout syndrome and stress-induced diseases with metabolic disorders, vitamin deficiency. It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism. The complex is able to increase work capacity, helps to cover the increased need for micronutrients caused by stress. Release form: powder for dissolution in liquid, 1 tablet containing iodine and 1 capsule of OMEGA-3.

Dosage
The contents of one sachet should be dissolved in 150 ml of water or fruit juice and taken during or after breakfast together with a tablet containing iodine and two capsules containing omega-3 fatty acids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Minerals: Calcium (160mg), Magnesium (100mg), Selenium (50µg), Iron (8mg), Zinc (10mg), Manganese (2mg), Copper (500µg), Chromium (30µg), Molybdenum (60µg), Iodine (150µg). Other substances: Citrus bioflavonoids (5mg), Lutein (800 µg), Lycopene (200µg), essential fatty acids: Omega-3 fatty acids (170mg).
