Daily dose (15g) contains: Vitamins: Vitamin A (450μg), Vitamin C (530mg), Vitamin E (150mg), Vitamin B1 (25mg), Vitamin B2 (25mg), Nicotinamide (60mg), Vitamin B6 (20mg), Vitamin B12 (6μg), Vitamin K1 (60μg), Vitamin D3 (5μg), folic acid (800μg), pantothenic acid (18mg), Biotin (165μg). Minerals and trace elements: Magnesium (100mg), Selenium (50μg), Iron (8 mg), Zinc (10mg), Manganese (2 mg), Copper (500μg), Chromium (30μg), Molybdenum (60μg), Iodine (150 mcg). Secondary plant ingredients: citrus bioflavonoids (5 mg), mixed carotenoids (beta-containing carotene, lutein, and lycopene) 5mg, essential fatty acids: Omega-3 fatty acids (340mg).
Dosage
The contents of one sachet should be dissolved in 150 ml of water or fruit juice and taken during or after breakfast together with a tablet containing iodine and two capsules containing omega-3 fatty acids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
