Description
BIOACTIVE FIBRE is a dietary supplement that does not contain any added substances. Each tablet contains 460 mg of a balanced mixture of natural, soluble and insoluble plant fiber, which comes from citrus peel and sugar beet, which improves bowel function. Bioactive Fiber tablets are used to compensate for the lack of fiber in modern eating habits. Bioactive Fiber acts in the digestive tract and helps improve digestion and constipation.
Dietary fiber is defined as a material of plant origin, resistant to decomposition by digestive enzymes until it reaches the large intestine. It increases beneficial intestinal microflora, balances glucose intake and reduces blood lipid levels. Not only the total level of fiber in the diet is important, but also the relative amount of the main types of fiber, lignin, pectin, cellulose and hemicellulose.

Dosage
4-12 fibre tablets daily, it is advised to drink plenty of water with each dose, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
