BIO-FIBER from Pharma Nord provide a wholesome blend of dietary fibre from lemon peel and sugar beet, that compensates for the lack of fibre in modern diets. The fibre supplement contains approximately 70% of soluble fibre and insoluble fibre origin.
Dietary fibre from sugar beet is important for a number of things such as supporting regular bowel movements and maintaining good digestive health.
Dietary fibre is defined as material of plant origin, resistant to breakdown by digestive enzymes until reaching the large intestine. It increases beneficial gut microflora, buffers glucose intake and reduces blood lipid levels. It is not just the overall level of fibre in the diet that is important but also the relative amounts of the main types of fibre, lignin, pectin, cellulose and hemicellulose.

Dosage
4-12 fibre tablets daily, it is advised to drink plenty of water with each dose, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
