Vitamin C dietary supplement. Vegetarian tablets. Ester-C is a revolutionary form of vitamin C. It is better absorbed by cells. Ester-C is pH neutral and does not cause stomach irritation. Ester-C is the most advanced form of vitamin C available. It was developed for faster absorption and retention in tissues. Ester-C is molecularly linked to calcium, which makes it pH neutral and therefore does not irritate the gastric mucosa like other acidic forms of vitamin C. Ester-C produces natural metabolites that enter cells much faster and more efficiently (regular ascorbic acid is released from the blood serum more slowly and is quickly lost from the body in the urine when passing through the kidneys).
