Dosage
3-5 capsules per day. The maximum daily dose of 10 capsules must not be exceeded. Divide into smaller doses during the day. Continuous intake should be discontinued after 3 months for a maximum of 1 month. Increased doses may be bloating or laxative. The capsules should be taken preferably on an empty stomach about half an hour before meals, with sufficient water. The contents of the capsule may be mixed into milk or a beverage.
