Description
MEGA CRANBERRY AKUT in strongest form with added Goldenrod for quick action. This formula contains extracts of Canadian cranberries and Goldenrod which promote health and proper functioning of the bladder and lower urinary tract, an increase in urine production, thus helping to leach bacteria from the urinary tract.
Proanthocyanidins (one of the active ingredients of Canadian cranberries) are absorbed into the blood after ingestion, into the kidneys, then into the urine. Goldenrod maintains the correct functioning of the bladder and lower urinary tract and promotes the excretion function of the kidneys, helping to rinse bacteria from the urinary tract. A sufficient drinking regime that can wash out harmful bacteria is also important.
This formula contains CranMax® – a patented concentrate of the highest quality from whole fruits of North American cranberries. CranMax® has a superiorly high content of natural substances with physiological effects – minerals, vitamins, trace elements, organic acids, fiber, polyphenols and flavonoids – a unique composition.
Infections of the urinary tract are quite common, especially in women. Infections usually begin when bacteria colonize the bladder lining and cause inflammation (cystitis). The infection may spread up into the kidney causing nephritis or to the prostate causing prostatitis.

Dosage
1 capsule 1-2 times per day after meal. Can be used safely with antibiotics. May be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but it is advisable to consult your physician first. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ingredients
Cran-Max® concentrate (34:1) and Cranberry extract (50:1) - 500 mg, Goldenrod (Soldiago virgaurea) extract (10:1) - 20 mg. Ingredients: North American cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton-cranberry), Goldenrod, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silica. The product contains no chemical preservatives, synthetic dyes, milk and wheat products, yeast or added sugar.
