OMEGA-3 ONE-A-DAY fatty acids in high dosage for maximum effect on heart, vision and brain health. The product contains purified oil of wild anchovies from ecologically clean areas of Peru, which have a particularly high content of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. May be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules per day, maintaining a normal level of triglycerides in the blood when taking 2 g of EPA + DHA per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
