Description
OMEGA-3 ONE-A-DAY are fatty acids in a high dose for maximum effect on heart, vision and brain health. The product contains purified oil from wild anchovies from ecologically clean areas of Peru, which have a particularly high content of Omega-3 fatty acids. Farmed fish are not used.

Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. May be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules per day, maintaining a normal level of triglycerides in the blood when taking 2 g of EPA + DHA per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
