Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA intervene in a number of life processes in the human body. They are important for the cardiovascular system, especially for proper heart function. They have a positive effect on the condition of the eyes and are also involved in brain function.
They are also important for pregnant and breastfeeding women - for the proper development of the brain and vision of the fetus and breastfed child. Since the body cannot produce these substances on its own, it is necessary to supply them to the body through diet or supplements.

Dosage
Children from 6 years 1 capsule per day after meals. Adults and children from 15 years 2 - 3 capsules per day after meals.
