Description
VITAMIN D3-EFFECT 1000 IU is intended for those who need to supplement the daily dose of vitamin D. Up to 70% of Europeans in all age groups suffer from low levels of Vitamin D in the blood. Vitamin D is considered the “sun vitamin” and plays an important role in many functions of the body. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falling associated with physical instability and muscle weakness. Falling increases the risk of bone fractures in men and women over the age of 60.
Effects of Vitamin D:

- maintenance of healthy bones and teeth,
- contributes to the proper functioning of muscles,
- contributes to the proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus from food,

VITAMIN D3-EFFECT 1000 IU can be recommended for all adults in the winter months, people with limited sun exposure, children and youth, postmenopausal women, seniors (have a lower ability to produce vitamin D), pregnant and nursing women, overweight individuals, those living in pollution/smoggy areas, during a pandemic of coronavirus.

Dosage
1 tablet per day after breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU - 25 μg. Ingredients: tricalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearat.
