VITAMIN D3-EFFECT 2000 IU is intended for those who need to supplement the daily dose of vitamin D. Up to 70% of Europeans in all age groups suffer from low levels of Vitamin D in the blood. Vitamin D is considered the “sun vitamin” and plays an important role in many functions of the body. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falling associated with physical instability and muscle weakness. Falling increases the risk of bone fractures in men and women over the age of 60.

Dosage
1 tablet per day after breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
