Dosage
1 sachet pour boiling water (about 150 ml) and let infuse for about 10 minutes.

Birch leaf (33%), rooibos, lemongrass, peppermint, goldenrod (10%), licorice root (8%), bean pods, prickly pear root (5%), cranberries (1%).
