Allegra is a product containing 200 mg of l-tryptophan and 2.5 mg of vitamin B6 in one tablet.

Packaging: 90 coated Allegra tablets contain the essential amino acid L-tryptophan, which is the only building block of the serotonin hormone, without which the human body cannot produce serotonin. L-tryptophan cannot be produced by the human body, so it must be obtained in sufficient quantities from food. Animal proteins, especially fatty red meat or whey, contain high amounts of tryptophan.

In contrast, white meat or plant-based foods contain minimal tryptophan. Today's diet, which is recommended as suitable, i.e. containing a lot of vegetables and white meat, is unfortunately very poor in terms of tryptophan content.
