Description
Psyllium is a soluble fiber that is produced by cleaning the husks of Indian plantain seeds (Plantago ovata husk). Dr. Popov imports psyllium for you in the highest possible quality from India, where this raw material is found in the highest quality form. Psyllium Dr. Popov increases its volume in the digestive tract by up to 40 times. The gel that is formed in this way absorbs excess fluid and, by simply swelling (using mechanical force like a piston), pushes harmful waste products out of the tract. The basis of a clean organism and an integral criterion for good health is daily healthy stool. It softens the stool and at the same time increases its volume, which significantly helps correct and easy emptying (important for constipation, hemorrhoids, during pregnancy, etc.). Dosage
1–2 čajové lžičky (2,5 – 5 g) Psyllia rozmícháme ve sklenici vody (30 ml na každý 1 g Psyllia) a důkladně zapijeme dalším šálkem tekutiny (min. 250 ml) – bylinným čajem, ovocnou šťávou apod. Maximální denní dávka je 5 čajových lžiček, tj. 12,5 g. Množství lze rozdělit do několika denních dávek, které je třeba důkladně zapíjet.
