MOVit Creatine Monohydrate is a dietary supplement in capsule form.
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most suitable forms of this substance. It increases physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 3 g of creatine per day.
It is produced mainly in the liver and kidneys, from where it is transported by the blood to the places where it is most needed (it is found mainly in red muscle fibres, but is also present in the brain and heart). Creatine is an organic compound that occurs naturally in the body. It is formed from three amino acids - arginine, glycine and methionine - and is stored in muscle tissue in the form of creatine phosphate. During intense physical activity, such as short periods of consecutive athletic performance, creatine phosphate breaks down rapidly and releases energy for muscle contraction.

Dosage
The recommended daily dose is 4-6 capsules.
The recommended dose of creatine is usually 3-5 grams per day. It is advisable to divide the dose into 2-3 smaller doses during the day. Creatine is recommended to be taken after meals to maximize its absorption. Creatine can also be taken before or after training.
Some athletes and coaches recommend cycling creatine, which means taking creatine for 4-6 weeks, followed by a break for 2-4 weeks.
