HYLO® CARE moisturizing eye drops are ideally suited to the needs of dry and stressed eyes thanks to the combination of high-quality hyaluronic acid and dexpanthenol. Due to their excellent moisturizing ability, they care for the surface of the eye, support the healing of damaged corneas and conjunctiva, and are suitable for postoperative care.

Due to their regenerative properties, HYLO® CARE moisturizing eye drops are particularly well suited for the treatment of minor damage to the surface of the eye. For irritated eyes, we recommend using PARIN POS® eye ointment at night.
HYLO® CARE eye drops moisturizing and care
In addition to hydrating hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), HYLO® CARE eye drops also contain dexpanthenol. This retains moisture and has healing properties, thereby supporting the regeneration of damaged cornea and conjunctiva. HYLO® CARE eye drops are ideal for the treatment of minor damage to the surface of the eye caused by a lack of tear fluid, superficial eye injuries or after eye surgery.
HYLO® CARE eye drops for dry and irritated eyes
Our eyes must be continuously moistened with tear fluid. This protects the surface of the eye from drying out, allows the eyelids to slide easily over the eyes and forms the first line of defense against bacteria. The quantity and quality of the tear film can deteriorate with age, due to medication, working too long at a monitor or due to an unhealthy diet. The tear film is often damaged and as a result the cornea is irritated or affected by minor injuries. Surgical procedures can also cause tear film dysfunction, which is the basis for optimal healing after eye surgery.
HYLO® CARE eye drops provide excellent support for dry eyes with minor damage to the surface of the eye. They support the natural tear film in lubricating the eye, provide the eye with long-lasting moisture and restore the natural protective barrier for the cornea. At the same time, they provide ideal care for problems with red and burning eyes.
HYLO® CARE moisturizing eye drops with dexpanthenol
In order to heal minor injuries, the eye needs one thing above all else: moisture. Moisturizing the eye is also essential to protect the cornea from further damage caused by drying out. HYLO® CARE moisturizing eye drops support the natural tear film by moisturizing the surface of the eye.
Another advantage: Since HYLO® CARE eye drops do not impair vision, they are an ideal replacement for eye ointments during the day, which can often cover the surface of the eye with a fatty layer or stick the eyelids together. Eye drops used on damaged corneas should not contain phosphates. Otherwise, there is a risk of corneal calcification (calcium deposits)1, which can lead to impaired vision. That is why HYLO® CARE moisturizing eye drops – like all other products in the HYLO EYE CARE® range – do not contain any phosphates.

Usage
Step 1. Remove the cap before each use. To open, hold the cap as close to the bottle as possible. With the other hand, pull the bottle away from the cap with a twisting motion. Before using HYLO CARE® for the first time, press the bottom of the vial several times until the dropper tip the first drops do not come out. This makes the vial ready for first use. Step 2. Hold the bottle with the dropper tip down, the thumb is placed next to the drip tip, place the other fingers on the bottom of the bottle. Step 3. Support the hand with the vial of HYLO CARE® with the other free hand. Step 4. Slightly tilt your head back, slightly pull the lower eyelid away from the eye with your free hand and press quickly and strongly on the center of the vial. This will activate the dispensing mechanism one drop. Special valve mechanism used in the system COMOD® guarantees the same droplet size and the same drip rate even with strong pressure on the bottom of the vial. Close the eye slowly so that the liquid can flow evenly spread over its surface. Step 5. After use, close the bottle carefully with the cap. Ensure to keep the tip of the dropper dry. When dripping into the eye avoid contact of the drip tip with the eye or skin face.
Dosage
Apply HYLO CARE® 3 times a day 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of each eye. If it necessary, HYLO CARE® can be used more often. If you want to use HYLO CARE® more frequently (e.g. more than 10 times a day), if you feel prolonged discomfort, you should consult an ophthalmologist. HYLO CARE® is suitable for long-term use.
Ingredients
1 ml of HYLO CARE® contains 1 mg of sodium hyaluronate, dexpanthenol, citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate dihydrate, sorbitol, water.
