HYLO DUAL® eye drops with hyaluronic acid and ectoine provide the eyes with permanent moisture and effectively protect them from irritants from the environment.
HYLO DUAL® moisturizes the cornea and conjunctiva and protects against excessive tear evaporation. Stabilization of the tear film, especially the lipid layer, relieves eye irritation that is associated with inflammatory symptoms or caused by allergies. The burning and itching sensation in the eyes disappears.
Burning, itching and tearing, a feeling of sand in the eyes or a feeling of dry eyes, these are all symptoms of dry or irritated eyes. This is often a sign that the eye is not sufficiently supplied with moisture.
Another reason may be a hypersensitivity reaction to various substances (for example, pollen, animal hair or household dust). Since the symptoms of allergies are the same as those for dry eyes, it is difficult to determine whether you suffer from dry eye syndrome or if your eyes are irritated due to allergies.

HYLO DUAL® Eye drops for dry and irritated eyes
HYLO DUAL® eye drops provide intensive hydration and protection for dry eyes accompanied by inflammatory symptoms. In addition, these moisturizing eye drops also support the healing of eyes irritated by allergies. The eye is moisturized by the tear film and intensively lubricated with the help of two components - hyaluronic acid and ectoine. The fat layer of the tear film is stabilized, and thus the eyes are protected against drying out. In this way, inflammatory symptoms are significantly calmed and the irritated cornea is supported in regeneration. In addition, a stable tear film is more effective in protecting the eye against allergens. Thanks to HYLO DUAL® eye drops, symptoms such as itching and burning subside quickly.
Dry eyes, inflammation, allergies - the case for HYLO DUAL® eye drops
There are various causes of damage and rapid drying of the tear film. One of them is insufficient production of tear fluid. Another reason is the incorrect physiological composition of tears, for example, when tears contain little fat, the surface of the eye is irritated, itching and burning in the eye occur. Due to insufficient lubrication, foreign bodies and irritants from the environment can more easily reach the cornea. This can result in irritation of the surface of the eye and inflammation. In some people, contact with substances such as pollen or animal hair can trigger eye allergic reactions. These are also accompanied by symptoms of inflammation, redness and tearing.
The tear film of dry eyes with concomitant symptoms of inflammation and allergy should therefore be stabilized. HYLO DUAL® eye drops are ideal for this. In addition to hydrating hyaluronic acid, they also contain ectoine, which gives the tear film extraordinary stability, so that it can function as a natural protective barrier.
Ectoine moisturizes, protects and fights inflammation
HYLO DUAL® eye drops owe their exceptional effectiveness to the added ectoine. It has an excellent water-binding capacity and thus forms a particularly stable film on the surface of the eye. In addition, it also has a stabilizing effect on the fat layer of the tear film. In this way, the eyes are better protected against fluid evaporation and drying out. Ectoine also reduces inflammatory symptoms and soothes irritated tissues.
Ectoin in nature
Ectoin is a natural substance that is, among other things, produced by bacteria that survive in extreme conditions. Bacteria that are present in highly saline waters, for example, produce ectoin to protect themselves from drying out and to preserve vital cellular components despite the hostile environment.

Usage
Step 1. Remove the cap before each use. To open, hold the cap as close to the bottle as possible. With the other hand, pull the bottle away from the cap with a twisting motion. Before using HYLO DUAL ® for the first time, press the bottom of the vial several times until the dropper tip the first drops do not come out. This makes the vial ready for first use. Step 2. Hold the bottle with the dropper tip down, the thumb is placed next to the drip tip, place the other fingers on the bottom of the bottle. Step 3. Support the hand with the vial of HYLO DUAL ® with the other free hand. Step 4. Slightly tilt your head back, slightly pull the lower eyelid away from the eye with your free hand and press quickly and strongly on the center of the vial. This will activate the dispensing mechanism one drop. Special valve mechanism used in the system COMOD® guarantees the same droplet size and the same drip rate even with strong pressure on the bottom of the vial. Close the eye slowly so that the liquid can flow evenly spread over its surface. Step 5. After use, close the bottle carefully with the cap. Ensure to keep the tip of the dropper dry. When dripping into the eye avoid contact of the drip tip with the eye or skin face.
Dosage
Usually adults and children over 6 years of age apply 3 times a day 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of each eye. If it necessary, HYLO DUAL® can be used more often. If you want to use HYLO DUAL® more frequently (e.g. more than 10 times a day), if you feel prolonged discomfort, you should consult an ophthalmologist. HYLO DUAL® is suitable for long-term use.
Ingredients
1 ml of HYLO DUAL® contains 0,5 mg of sodium hyaluronate, 20 mg of ectoin, boric acid, sodium tetraborate and sterilized water.
